whole house lighting control, to audio and video distribution,
Audio 7 are trained to design and install systems that

Sound
Audio distribution systems have been with us for a while
but have been the domain of the very wealthy until recently.
You still get what you pay for in terms of quality of
sound and versatility with top systems
being restricted only by your imagination.
A well installed system can be virtually invisible with
a core system hidden in a cupboard and in-wall or in-ceiling
speakers providing the sound. Your core system can be
hard drive based or conventional formats such as CD distributed
throughout the house and controlled by wall control panels
or through a TV screen / flat panel or even a tablet pc.
Vision
Video distribution is similar in principal to audio distribution.
A single source distributed throughout the home. Again
you get what you pay for with top of the range systems
allowing independent source control from each room.
The future is set to bring us even more amazing image
quality from flat panels with the domestic market seeming
to be adopting LCD screens as it’s weapon of choice.
For those wanting larger pictures, plasma screens still
stand top of the pile, and for the dedicated home theatre
you can’t beat a projector and screen for recreating
the thrill of your local cinema.
Lighting & Environment
Lighting control is all about the flexibility to adjust
your environment to suit your mood or activity.
Imagine being able to light several rooms at once as you
come home on a dark winter’s night, or having your
lighting slowly dim as your mood relaxes in the evening.
External lighting automatically switching on at sunset
and your core family room adjusting to your activity whether
it be watching a movie or having a party.
In the US lighting control has been big business for many
years and we in the UK are slowly switching on to it.
No more noisy dimmer dials, or simple on/off switches,
rooms can be split into zones and each zone can be programmed
to adopt it’s own lighting characteristics without
the need for you to leave your favourite armchair. Surely
this must be heaven? |
