The
Brief
A whole home solution integrating lighting control, music distribution and TV/video distribution throughout.
Audio7 Solution
An extension to an existing home, Audio7 had to seamlessly integrate new with old. The games room and family room both required a 5.1 surround sound system along with programmed lighting effects for different occasions. Music was distributed throughout via a Linn Knekt system and controlled through keypads mounted on the walls.
Ceiling mouted speakers kept the system discreet and a Nevo remote control with wireless networking capabilities meant controlling the system was a doddle. |

What
was different?
In the games room several different activities could be going on at any time. The 50" plasma screen is mounted on a motorised bracket preset to different positions dependent on activity. |

What
we used...
Linn Classik Unik
The Classik Unik is a loudspeaker for front, centre or rear
channel use which is based on the design of Linn's successful
5110 loudspeaker. It boasts a revised cabinet design and new
crossover unit which noticeably improve acoustic performance.
Linn Classik Movie Di
The CLASSIK Movie Di is Linn's predecessor to it's current Classic Movie '05 integrated audio and
video source product. This offers the performance and features
of the original CLASSIK Movie together with the added benefits of greater
flexibility, additional processing power, superior audio and
video performance plus surround sound decoding from external
digital and analogue sources.
B&W CCM50
The CCM 50 is a true high quality ceiling-mount speaker which
is ideal for small systems where space is limited.
